Happy Winds-day!

Here I am in my thoughtful spot thinking very profound thoughts:

It's too windy for kites.
Heffalumps and Woozles are too fanciful, and I have nothing they would like to steal anyway.

The winds are lashing lustily.
The trees are thrashing thrustily.
The leaves are rustling gustily.

(In boating terms, the winds are out of the North West, blowing 40 knots with gusts to 75-80.)

It seems to be a very blustery day.

I will settle down to my quilting project and await the delivery of my new kitchen cabinets.  They have been promised for this afternoon.  Hurray!

It's blustery out of and in my office building today. Not sure how many knots.

If your cabinets were promised for this afternoon. I'd say the odds in Las Vegas are currently 70/30 against them showing up...
I hope they do, but I've been through remodels way too many times to ever trust a delivery date! fingers crossed!

Can't wait to see your new kitchen cabinets!!

It has been raining here for the past few days. It's the monsoon season, not a good month to go to the beaches on the east cost!! We'll be heading to Bintan, an island off Singapore next month!

That was sooo cute. I loved that episode growing up and Babe squealed and giggled the entire time watching it for the first time. Can't wait to see the finished kitchen.

Cute video. We sure had a blustery day yesterday. I had to try hard to keep from being blown away when crossing E. 9th street downtown on my way to the post office.
